She was afraid to talk to her shadow.

But there she was.
Taking the stage and getting her “Recruiter of the Year” award and all were clapping for her. Standing Ovation. But all the hoopla belied the fact that only 2 years ago she could not stand in front of people.
Nope. Not in front of or even behind. She was way too shy. She broke out in a sweat every time she thought of talking to anyone she did not know or even who she did know.
She was toast in this business.
But she is now an award winner. She makes over 20,000 a month. She is living the dream with her 3 kids and her husband. By the way, he is fully supportive of her efforts. Who would not be? Come on! 20,000 a month?
What happened to Cherie?
What changed her?
What was the turning point that she “got it?”
 What made her find the Greatness that lies within her?
 And to become a Million Dollar Producer?
Simple.
She developed a “PDT Time.” What is that? A Personal Development Time everyday. She had a “Building Cherie” appointment everyday, and she worked as hard on who she wanted to become, as she did her business. And it made ALL the difference in the world. She “got it” that she can do anything in life she wants and can go as high as she wants on the Success Ladder. She READ, LISTENED, and SOAKED her mind, soul, and heart with Powerful Success Training. She worked hard at her Success Transformation.
But she also understood something.
You need a plan, and a Blueprint to make that happen. She developed one. And stuck to it like glue. She read 14 books- no- JOURNALED 14 books like she was taught - and made such a decision she was changing who she was- that it changed her world.
Today- she is living the Dream life that most laugh about. She is not laughing. She is thanking the Lord everyday that she took her future as serious as He did. And she poured in the Good, the Powerful, the Mighty, the Passion into her mind and heart daily for 2 years.
Today- she raises her kids and enjoys life in a beach front home .

 This post may upset some people. But oh well. The Truth is the Truth, so here we go.
Egos.
What a nasty word. And I unfortunately see it all over the industry of Network Marketing.
Let me be clear- I am not talking about the good kind. The silent kind that drives people to Success and beyond. I am talking about the out of control kind that I see taking advantage of people over and over. It happens with many distributors in the industry, as well as many trainers and speakers. Especially trainers.
