 Many people today in Network Marketing do not understand why they are struggling. And many folks are. They do what they believe they need to do, but yet their results are not what they want in MLM. Is that happening to you? There are many different types of people in Network Marketing, from CEOs of Corporations, to Stay at Home Moms, to those who are just getting their careers started. And within all of these great folks, there is a secret that we discovered years ago while working MLM very hard.

Have you ever seen Michael Jordan back in the early 90’s when he was literally unstoppable? The sportscasters called when he couldn’t miss “The Zoneâ€â€¦
Every thing he through up towards the goal connected, and he was in a world and on a level of play all by himself…what created that kind of Court Leadership? And how did it happen?
It happened with Michael’s long years of practice, long hours of mastering the basics(CLUE!!!!), and creating a confidence and belief in himself that transcended any other person on the court when he was in the “Zoneâ€â€¦

You have mastered this business through experience, and educating yourself to the level that you know that no matter what happens, you have the goods to keep on course, and take the level of your performance up to the next level…that confidence comes from practice, experience, learning and study,an encouraging partner,and talking to those who have done it….
Michael Jordan had a belief in him and his skills that no one could take that away…you must have the same belief…Totally SOLD OUT to your abilities and skills and potential..being Sold On yourself is NOT enough..but SOLD OUT!….you must know that you know that you know this business…and train your folks to do the same thing…
Motivation and Inspiration is one thing… Mastery is another…
2) Knowing that you know what to do…
You must have the mechanics and process of this business down as a leader, and you must know the “How to’s†of this business and how to teach it…
INFERNOÂ Secret:
The How to’s Empower the Why to’s….which will Empower the Got to’s……
You must Master each aspect of this business to play in the PowerZone…and you must KNOW what to do, not just be familiar with it, or have an idea…It must become a PART- of you…(CLUE!!!!)

Michael Jordan’s game was a part of him…they existed on the court as one…so must you…
If you master knowing this business then that will put you light years ahead of most in this
Industry…most haven’t a clue how to do it… let alone master it…
3) Knowing that you do what you know….
Engagement of your skills is a MUST! That is what starts the ball rolling…and it’s not enough to know what to do…but you MUST do what you know and have mastered to create what you want in your life..There is greatness inside of you!!!! Release it with a Focused action Track….
Again…Michael Jordan didn’t talk a lot…he let his game do the talking..and the boy got game! So should you…to play in the PowerZone, you must DO what you know with your people, and continue taking your education to the next level…
I know..I know…some folks in the industry think that you go out and just “talk to peopleâ€â€¦and this thing works…
Clueless…That’s called “Rolling the Dice†MLM….
Not only are they light years from Leadership and ever playing in the PowerZone, they will never get in the game that way…
4) Knowing what you do is who you are…
Your actions don’t make you…they REVEAL who you are…as well as your Leadership…and who you see yourself being in this business…Michael saw himself as “The Master on the Courtâ€â€¦and he became it…do you see yourself as a leader and master of the game? if not…you had better start the journey…Because everything you do defines you and reveals who you REALLY are in this business, and let me ask you a question..
Do you say one thing and practice another like 75% of all distributors do? Do you preach to your downline to make calls everyday and appointments everyweek, and you don’t?
Can you imagine Michael saying†Hey! Shoot them foul shots! Run those laps! practice them plays…what time is it? I gotta golf game…you guys keep practicing, I gotta go!â€
hardly.
But yet people do that in MLM and think nothing of it…and when they want to take their business up to the PowerZone Level of performance, it just kind of sputters and never takes off…
why?
Your actions prior to that revealed who you are….or aren’t. And also who you are becoming….
You are not a leader…but a manager…who pushes from the back, not Leads from the front….
You are not a doer…but a dabbler….you expect your people to do what you ask…but you dabble when it comes to actual engagement….
Get a CLUE!
If you ever are going to achieve the level of Performance of the PowerZone…you must take a look at the 4 factors and ask yourself a Brutal question…
Am I there and is my Leadership at least headed there?
This kind of performance can create wealth…do you know that you know that you know? Deep down inside do you know what to do? And do it?
And what do your actions reveal about you?
Are you in …. The PowerZone … Or a “PretendZone�
Where you are lies within your answers…most never reach the PowerZone as they are too busy…
Pretending… to do this business…of MLM and Network Marketing.

Your Prospect is your SUCCESS BULLSEYE - Not your EGO.
Ego in MLM and Network Marketing can kill your business. Know anyody that has a big one?
As one of my mentors Ben Johnson, 5 billion dollar producer says:
"Ego is a reverse disease. The person that has it is not sick, but it makes everybody else around him sick."
Ol' Willy knew what he was talking about when he wrote that quote –it's called:
"Don't show all your cards in the game of life and Network Marketing. Hold something back, so you will have an extra ace or two to play when you need it."
Why would someone who is really successful want to not let people know how wonderful they are in MLM? They have earned it, many times deserve it.
Simple.
When you blow your own horn in network marketing, it can be heard as a sour note to some people, and in some instances, totally off key.
EEECCH!
The "it's all about me" syndrome has killed more downlines in network marketing than anything else. it is a form of Success Assasination.
But–
When someone else blows your horn in mlm, it sounds like a symphony to many people, and they can enjoy and appreciate your results and achievements.
Wanna know a HUGE Secret to make that happen in MLM and network marketing?
Focus on helping people obtain their short term goals in network marketing and then when they do — you blow their horn!
LOUDLY.
And they will be so appreciative, they will somewhere down the line make sure people hear about your success when it comes, or if it has, then they will talk about it now.
It is that simple. It is ALL about the other person in mlm, not you.
Humility is a good thing, as it really is endearing.
As a friend of mine says," Slence is great with people — makes them wonder what you've been up to!"
But also, not revealing what you know is not a sign of weakness, but of Wisdom. Some of the wisest people that ever walked earth were the kind of people that were Listeners and made other people the superstar of their conversation.
You need to od the same thing- make anyone you talk to the Superstar of that conversation. Become a rabid audience of one that cannot get enough of their words.
And you can learn a whole lot more by listening to others than hearing yourself talk.
You already know what you are saying.
Stay back sometimes in conversation and ask questions and let others talk about themselves and their success, and you just smile and listen,and congratulate them.
Again, make sure they are Superstar status with you.
Then when they find out later what YOU have accomplished in network marketing, it will have 3 times the impact.
And create a great image of strength and power that you may not have had before.

Keep something back –it will keep you out front in MLM and network Marketing.

In Network Marketing, we have all opened a door and walked through it; we do it daily. Doors are an entrance or an exit to where we are going, or coming from. We have doors in our homes, in our cars, and just about everywhere else we go. Doors are a part of our daily life, and our direct-selling Network Marketing business.
You may not realize it, but you have a door you walk through every morning, and everyone on the planet walks through that door. This door is one that is a little different from any other door you face in your day. This door is invisible. Each day when you wake up, you have two invisible doors facing you, before your feet ever hit the floor.
They have been there all your life, and can impact and affect your life beyond anything I could ever write or talk about. These doors are powerful entrances to life and all that goes with it. These doors are special, as they have writing on them in big, bold letters.
One door has “Success” written on it, and the other door has “Struggle” written on it. One door leads to a life of success, wealth, and treasure overflow. The other door leads to a life of struggle, worry, and survival. Both doors are entrances to where your life and mlm business is headed, and what you can expect out of today.
If you walk through the door of Success daily, then you have entered a life of success. If you walk through the door of Struggle, then you have entered a life and world of struggle.
“IN Network Marketing, every morning, you have a chance to walk into a world and life that most people only dream of.”
Most people today walk through the door of Struggle in their home business. Why does this happen? It is a learned behavior. We are programmed to think a certain way, view things a certain way, expect things in a certain way, and to take action in a certain way. All of these things were learned from what we heard growing up.
Many times, we are taught that the door of Struggle is “just the way it is, that's life,” and there is no alternative to that door. There is an alternative, and it is an entrance that many people have chosen to walk through daily. They have let go of the learned sayings that dominate most people’s lives.
What are those sayings? You know, the ones we all grew up hearing:
“Do you think money grows on trees?”
“What do you think I'm made of, money?”
“We cannot afford that.”
“If you don’t wish for much, you won’t be disappointed.”
“Hold on to what you got. You may not get anymore.”
“Times are tight.”
“Life is tough.”
“We never seem to be able to get ahead.”
You have a chance to awake each day with Network Marketing and walk into a world and life that most people only dream of, if you decide to. It is a world that is soaked with possibilities and hope. This entrance leads to the lifestyle that everyone dreams of, but few ever live. It can become a part of your life, if you decide to walk through that door. Your life will change beyond recognition. Why? You will change beyond recognition.
What lies behind the Success door is a life-changing power, and a life-changing way of thinking. That is why most people in direct selling do not succeed like they could have—they were walking though the wrong door. Whichever door you are walking through in the morning, is where your life and business are headed.
Choosing Your Door
Tomorrow morning in your MLM business, when you wake up, you will face two doors. One has Success written on it, and the other has Struggle written on it. Which doorknob is your hand going to reach for? Which entrance are you going to walk through? Which world is going to be yours tomorrow—Success or Struggle?
People respond to you in this business from what they perceive. Do they perceive you as headed straight to Success or straight to Struggle? That all depends on the entrance that you walk through each morning.
Your thoughts are the keys that open either an exit from Success, or the entrance to it. The decision is yours for your MLM and Network Marketing business.
