It happens like clockwork.
You can almost see it coming.
You can FEEL IT in the air.
And yet, most are totally powerless and clueless to what to do. You seem to have done everything right. You followed the directions of your company and leadership. You listened to all the calls and webcasts. You tuned into the monday night pump calls. And you even went to the last convention.
But yet…you are thinking about leaving. Or someone in your group is. And it seems the right thing to do. It feels the natural thing to do. It feels the best thing to do.

Here is a little secret most millionaires will not tell you- as many of them do not actually mind if you do leave. They have figured out a little dirty secret that is worth millions. But I will tell you as it worked for me as well!
The ones that stay in this industry - while most leave it - they get rich as all the company /industry volume ends up under the ones who stay.
DUH.
They have gotten past the Wall that everyone hits with no one to talk to and you can too –and will.
What is the Number One Reason why people quit MLM?
Simple.
It is NOT that they have decided to. Most do not want to leave.
It is NOT that they are looking forward to going back to old, stale dreams that they did not like in the first place. That is why they jumped into Network marketing.
The number one reason people quit is:
The Run Out Of Good Quality People to talk to, and think that there are no more for them to call.
What can you do about that?
You need to find a new pool of quality people that WANT TO TALK TO YOU- and you do not have to chase them down. Would that scenario help? Would that make a difference? Actually talking to people that sought you out! Now THAT would be a change.
How does this work and happen?

One more thing you can do is go to an outdoor weekend event and make a goal to start 5 new conversations with people you do not know and then after you develop some rapport–get their name and contact information. Then reconnect with them and set up a time to possibly visit.
Send them a thank you card with a discount coupon to a movie, dinner, or tanning salon. They will remember you by doing that.
Do NOT let the challenge of not having anyone to talk to take you out of this business. There are millions of people out there looking for you- and many of them are online.

I think the key to growing any business is meeting new people. Home businesses sometimes put people in a real comfortable enviroment- so comfortable that they forget to get out and talk to others who can become customers and/or lead them to others. Now that we have such incredible social media tools at our disposal, making new friends is even easier! Social media gives home business owners the opportunity to connect and develop relationships that they never would have been able to do otherwise. Social media is great!!!
